From the Rockridge Community Planning Council:

Rockridge/College Avenue Halloween Parade
Sunday, October 28, Noon – 2 p.m.
Can You Help? Adult Ghosts, Ghouls and Goblins needed to help with crossing safety at street intersections and driveways as Trick-or-Treaters work their way along College Avenue. To volunteer, go to Halloween Central (College Avenue Presbyterian Church) as detailed below.

The Rockridge District Association (RDA) and the Rockridge Community Planning Council (RCPC) invite you to celebrate Halloween on College Avenue, from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, October 28.

Participating merchants will host trick-or-treating along both sides of College Avenue, from Alcatraz to Broadway.
Meet at Halloween Central – the College Avenue Presbyterian Church, 5951 College Avenue – at 11:45 a.m. At noon, we’ll lead the first group along the Avenue. Then, at 1 p.m., return to Halloween Central for spooky storytelling and silly, scary sing-alongs. Storytellers will spin yarns in front of the Presbyterian church.
