Oakland Urban Paths – Parklet Walk

When:  Saturday, April 13th

What: Oakland’s three parklets and learn about their history and benefits from the folks who brought them from concept to reality.  The walk includes  stairways along the course of Glen Echo Creek and Piedmont Avenue.

  • This mostly flat urban 4-mile walk includes stairs. Please come prepared with weather appropriate clothing and water.
  • Meet in front of Farley’s East at 10:00am. We will return to Farley’s by 12:30. There will be an option to return to our starting point via AC Transit.
  • Heavy rain cancels, light rain doesn’t.
  • Dogs OK! (please only bring dogs that can make the entire walk)
