Winter Jazz Night is Saturday

Get ready to dance at Winter Jazz Night!

Winter Jazz Night VParents and friends are invited to the fifth annual Beach Dads Club Winter Jazz Night,Saturday, March 9 from 7-11pm at the Veteran’s Hall. Come enjoy the sounds of authentic Latin Jazz featuring Jesús Diaz and friends. Bring your dancing shoes for plenty of Cha,cha,cha, Danzon, Son and Latin Jazz.

Food generously donated by Butterfly Restaurant.  Drinks will be available at the event for $5 each.

Tickets can be purchased online at sportability.com/beachdads. This event is Adults only.

Beach Dads present Winter Jazz Night

Saturday, Feb. 11, 7-9pm, Veteran’s Hall

The Fifth Annual Winter Jazz Night sponsored by the Beach Dads Club will be held on February 11 from 7 – 11 pm at the Veterans Memorial Hall, 401 Highland Ave. in Piedmont.

The evening includes first-class music from Mingus Amungus, an all-star Jazz band founded by Beach Dad Miles Perkins. In addition, delicious food, donated by Butterfly Restaurant (owned by Beach Dad Rob Lam) and drinks will be available. Tickets for this adults-only event can be purchased online for $50 before January 31 or for $65 after that date. For more information and to purchase tickets online, please visit http://www.beachdadsclub.com Childcare for the event will be made available. Details will follow later this month.

All proceeds from the Winter Jazz Night go directly to support math, computer, and art programs, science enrichment, and classroom aids in Piedmont Schools. Do not miss this great evening–supporting the Piedmont Schools has never been so much fun!

Beach Dads’ Pancake Breakfast

Yes, it’s almost time for those fantastic homemade pancakes (yes, the egg whites are beaten separately from the rest of the batter, then gently folded into the mix!) After you’ve eaten, join PAINTS for Chalk Art for Peace and create a square on the Beach playground blacktop.

Dads Club Softball this Saturday

Piedmont Tri-School Softball - Sat June 12th 10am - Coaches Field

The fourth annual Piedmont Dads Club Softball Tournament is this Saturday, June 12th. The national anthem and first pitch are at 10:00am. Game one is Beach vs Havens. Game two is Havens vs Wildwood. Game three is Wildwood vs Beach.

Come out and support the local dads! There will be a “snack shack” and BBQ and great entertainment on the field and wiffle ball for the kids.

Who: Your three favorite dads clubs

When: 10am National Anthem and 1st pitch followed by three great softball games.

Where: Coaches Field

All proceeds benefit Piedmont elementary tri-school programs.
