College Ave. Safeway Design Review Hearing

September 28th, 5:00 PM Hearing Room 1 at Oakland City Hall

The design review panel of the Oakland Planning Commission will hear testimony and discuss Safeway’s 62,000 sq.ft. College Avenue Shopping Center Project. This is the time to raise issues about how the project looks and functions (e.g., parking lot entrances, facades, signage, streetscape, etc.) It’s not, however, the time to talk about traffic or zooming issues.
