Posted by Len Gilbert on November 15, 2007

America Recycles Day is today, Thursday, November 15th.

Read more about the garbage RFP. Contact the city council with your ideas. Better yet, attend a council meeting.

Garbage Talk

Posted by Len Gilbert on November 2, 2007

Monday’s City Council agenda just got posted today, for Monday’s meeting.  There are 12 items, 6 on the consent calendar and 6 on the regular agenda. The big one is the new 10 year garbage contract.

Will we get real green waste recycling? Can we ever recycle yogurt containers? View the staff report on the subject.
